The process of making wood picture frame is:

• Go to your local craft store and purchase wood moulding of your own choice. It will available in different types and of 8-12 inch. You should purchase such wood moulding that you can make picture frame of your own choice.
• Determine the dimensions of frame that you want to make. It depends on the shape of frame.
• Cut one end of moulding at 45 degree angel. You can use saw or any cutting device for this purpose.
• You can also use protector in fine cutting of wood moulding.
• Mark off distance on equal to one side of your frame. Remember that you should mark each moulding at 45 degrees.
• Cut each four wood moulding at 45 degree angel but remember that you have to cut two mouldings in opposite direction of angel.
• Use wood glue and join each end of wood moulding and make a shape of frame. Press the pieces together so that they may join firmly.
• Now you have to apply V nails on each joint of frame. Use hammer for this purpose.
• Allow the frame dry overnight.
• You can also apply any paint and stain on frame according to your own choice.
• Install hanging hardware to frame for hanging it on wall.
• Picture frame is ready to use for hanging mechanism.
